When we visited Greifswald during our concert tour at the end of last year, we received a very warm welcome from the university and the UniversitätsSinfonieOrchester Greifswald (USO). We are therefore delighted to welcome musicians from the UniversitätsSinfonieOrchester and the Collegium Musicum der Universität Greifswald to Leuven during their concert tour of Belgium.
Under the title “Verleih uns Frieden zu unseren Zeiten” (Grant us peace in our times), they will perform a programme of chamber music for Passiontide, comprising works from the Baroque to the modern era. For this concert, the musicians will form various chamber music ensembles, in which members of the UniversitätsSinfonieOrchester, the Collegium Musicum and the USO Leuven will perform together.
The concert will take place on 23 March at 8 p.m. in the Grote Aula of the Maria-Theresiacollege in Leuven. Admission is free and no tickets or reservations are required.
